Our small group sessions are targeted training sessions typically designed for a small group of players, usually between 4-10 participants. These sessions focus on specific skills and strategies, allowing for more personalized coaching and direct feedback. The indoor setting provides a controlled environment where players can work on technique, agility, ball control, passing accuracy, quick decision-making, and small-sided games that simulate real match situations. Sessions often include drills for dribbling, shooting, defending, and conditioning, making them ideal for players who want to refine their skills in a concentrated, team-oriented setup.

For athletes looking to improve their confidence and technical ability, Elite Feet’s Group Training Programs offer 50-minute sessions twice a week (or more) of personal attention from one of our experienced coaches.

We encourage you to not only improve your weaknesses but also to maximize your strengths. We have created areas of the game that we feel are most important and that we have had success in training athletes in the 20+ years combined with our experience.

Drop in Sessions

Our drop-in sessions are flexible, informal soccer practices where players can join without long-term commitment. These sessions usually don’t require prior registration, allowing participants to simply “drop in” and play. They’re a great way for players of various skill levels to get game experience, work on fitness, and enjoy the sport in a casual, friendly environment. Coaches or facilitators may oversee the session, but the focus is typically on open play rather than structured drills or training. Drop-in sessions are ideal for players looking to stay active, meet others, and enjoy soccer in a low-pressure setting.

Friday Open Play

Open Play sessions are relaxed, community-focused soccer meetups held weekly, typically on Friday evenings. Open Play welcomes players of all skill levels to join for friendly matches without the need for formal teams or registration. These sessions are casual, allowing participants to drop in and play short-sided games, usually with minimal coaching or structure. It’s a great way for players to socialize, enjoy the game, and get some exercise, making it popular for those seeking a fun, low-stakes environment to play soccer regularly.
