Session Formats

Choose how you play

01

Small-Group Membership

Our small-group sessions are designed for a small group of players, usually 4–10 participants. The indoor setting is a controlled environment where players work on technique, agility, ball control, passing accuracy, quick decision-making, and small-sided games that simulate real match situations. Sessions include drills for dribbling, shooting, defending, and conditioning — ideal for players who want to refine their skills in a concentrated, team-oriented setup.

02

Group Training

For athletes looking to improve their confidence and technical ability, Elite Feet's Group Training offers 50-minute sessions twice a week (or more) of personal attention from one of our experienced coaches. We encourage you to improve your weaknesses and maximize your strengths, training the areas of the game we believe matter most — built on 20+ years of combined coaching experience.

03

Drop-In Sessions

Our drop-in sessions are flexible, informal practices where players can join without a long-term commitment or prior registration — just drop in and play. They're a great way for players of any skill level to get game experience, work on fitness, and enjoy the sport in a casual, friendly environment. Coaches oversee the session, but the focus is on open play.

04

Friday Open Play

Open Play sessions are relaxed, community-focused meetups held weekly on Friday evenings. All skill levels are welcome to join for friendly, small-sided games without formal teams or registration. It's a great way to socialize, enjoy the game, and get some exercise in a fun, low-stakes environment.
